As we all know the children are the roots of the future which is going to blossom and here we are providing them Education which is going to stay with them until their last breath, which is inexhaustible or which increases on sharing, which helps them to make a Heaven on Earth. Education is a fundamental right of everyone (every person) & that’s also our main motto “Education for All’. ...If we want a better tomorrow we must inculcate humane values in children. We are giving them knowledge so that they are able to make a bridge to cross any hurdle. Education is not just a theory inside the book it’s knowledge, training, a tool to enhance the lives of children. We teach we encourage, we help them to identify & sharpen their skills. We are converting our free time into knowledge for them.

As you all looking to image,this image shows that in which way we manage our students,how we arrange them. Each teacher in our team takes 4-5 students with them and sits for teaching them in a round way. And some of teachers used move around to look that is there any problem with any student and aslo distribute the pen ,pencils etc to those who are not having with them. Believe us it seems very beautiful when all the students are busy in their work and along with them we the teachers also get engaged.And sometimes we also went to our childhood by watching their funny nonsense. And here in 1 hour we all teacher just forget all the pressure of college,and feel as relax here. And by looking this image u can see that how the students aree very curious to study by doing their work . And rest all about us you can come to know by Joining us .
Games are been played on every saturday. All Mentors gets the students to be divided into groups & enjoy the evening. Kabaddi, khokho, race are some of the events of the evening. I could see a majority of students there as compared to ordinary days. With no bags they come enjoyingly to the campus. Apart from studies games have its own importance in everyday life. It not only soothers and freshers up the mind along with that it is equally important for our healthy health. Many childrens don't have friends or are not acquainted of grounds so the campus sounds the hotspot of enjoyment. Every saturday we end up with games and monday- to friday we have usually schedule to study. Childrens friendship b/w mentors also increases, they become more open with them along with it they get an opportunity to enhance their informal vocabulary skills, childrens make friends. It serves the best moment to see everybody around me enjoying in smile and laughter.
Diwali, a festival of lights We Aksharyan members celebrate it with our students too. It starts with an introduction to diwali or speech on which later on, in succession questions are asked related to the speech and the correct answered students are prized. These prizes boost up the childrens to overcome fear of answering in public as well give them tastier chocolates, later we progress with Rangoli making, diya painting competitions and for small kids colouring is their. Each materials are provided by us to them and each one of them, are seen making their parts very elegant. Apart from these there is also nibandh writting competition. Bright faces could be seen. Everything is carried out in a very systematic manner with no chaos. Now comes the delicious moment, where childrens are served with delicious foods and then comes the time to take a leave. Childrens form lines and each student exiting the campus is "presented with sweets, inreturn giving their mesmirizing pleasant vote of thanks and smiles.
